"Hearts of Stone" – Wally and Vandal Savage battle in Wally's apartment. Wally manages to drive him out of the apartment, but Savage disappears. Wally does some research on the private investigator who he saw Savage murder in Wyoming, and determines that the the immortal man has been masquerading as Burt Villers, owner of an antiques gallery on Fifth Avenue.
Wally claims the six and a half million dollars he won in the lottery, and then treats Frances to a night on the town, taking advantage of his newfound wealth. Their date is cut short at the swank Club Neon, however, after Vandal Savage appears. Frances manages to hold Savage off while Wally rescues a woman who has been tossed out the window. Together, they manage to defeat him, but he disappears again.
The next day, Wally brings Frances to the new mansion he purchased in the Hamptons, and invites her to live with him
